Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a supply chain company working closely with established factories in China. We handle sourcing, customization, quality control and export.
Do you sell retail?
No. We only handle wholesale, OEM/ODM and custom orders.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product and process. Woven items can often start with a lower MOQ. Wood products depend on size and packaging. Please send the item or SKU for confirmation.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Samples are chargeable. The sample fee can be deducted from your future bulk order. Custom samples require drawing confirmation or a reference sample.
Do you accept custom samples or designs?
Yes. Send drawings, photos or a physical sample. We will evaluate and quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer: 30% deposit, balance paid before ex-factory delivery.
What is the lead time?
Regular production lead time is 10–15 days. Custom lead time depends on sampling and production complexity.
Can you do branded packaging?
Yes. We support logos, color boxes, hang tags, inserts and barcodes.
Do you have quality control?
Yes. We inspect before, during and after production, and can provide inspection reports on request.
